About São Pedro Capital
São Pedro Capital is an independent alternative asset manager that seeks to create value for its investors through long-term capital appreciation and the active management of companies with high potential value to be unlocked in various stages of development, from high growth (venture capital), in preparation for going public (pre-IPO) or even already listed (PIPE – Private Investment in Public Equity). Through equity participations, predominantly minority positions, we act in association with executives, founders, controlling and minority shareholders of these companies, applying concepts of value creation that are similar to those of Private Equity strategies. Founded in 2020, São Pedro Capital is registered with CVM, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, as a manager of securities portfolios in the category of Manager and adheres to the ABVCAP | ANBIMA Code of Regulation and Best Practices for FIP and FIEE and to the ANBIMA Code of Regulation and Best Practices for Managing Third Party Resources.
The partners have carried out professional projects together at different times in their careers and founded the firm adding their experiences. Thereby, the team has a culture with a strong influence from highly recognized global institutions combined with an entrepreneurial spirit aligned with long-term goals.
At São Pedro Capital, we believe that the scale and dynamism of the Brazilian economy bring together essential elements for the development of local capital markets, an important lever for creating wealth and sustainable development for the whole society.
Our investments seek to accelerate the process of value creation in companies that are already making plans to go public or companies that are still private and can accelerate their growth through their access to the Capital Markets. These companies invariably have at least one of the following three elements:

Small or Mid-caps
National Small and Mid-cap companies (R$ 100 million – R$ 3 billion) listed – or intended to be listed – on the stock exchange.

Family-Owned Business
Control, co-control or significant minority shareholding of local or international families.

Low Liquidity
Low average daily trading volume (R$ 0 – R$ 20 million) that potentially distort their valuations.
